The biggest of the four and located on the ground and first floors), this mahal can accomodate 1500 persons in the A/c Hall. It has two dining halls with a total capacity of 600 persons at a time, out of which one dining hall with a 150 persons has been air-conditioned. It also has  9A/c rooms for the use of the bride and the groom's parties.

The modern kitchen with gas and steam cookers for rice, vegetables, dhal, rasam, sambar, milk and 300 idlies. Wet grinders, dosa platers, Kattai Aduppu and available Vegetable cutting machine, Potato peeler, Coconut scrapper, Chappathe, Roti and Porri making machines.

Kailash Shreemahal is on the second floor while Balaji Shreemahal is on the third. Each of the halls has a capacity to accomodate 800 persons in the hall, with seperate dining halls, each of which can seat 200 at a time. These two halls have 4 air-conditioned rooms each for use by the brides and bridegrooms parties.  

The modern kitchen in each mahal is attached with gas and steam cookers for rice, dhal,   vegetables, sambhar, rasam, milk and idly cooker. Wet grinders and dosa plate also available.

This mahal is located on the fourth floor and can accomodate 1000 persons in the hall. It has a separate dining hall with a capacity of 200 persons at a time. It also has 4 rooms, two of which are air-conditioned.
