lip colour. Trace the very outer-most edge of your lips. Then, fill in with the lip liner.
To make lips appear smaller use a lip liner that is slightly darker than your lip colour. Trace inside the natural
lip-line and then fill in with your lip colour. Using a matte lip colour will also help to make your lips appear smaller.
A lip liner is border control for your lips. Using a lip liner that matches you lip colour keeps the lip colour defined and lasting longer. To add a touch of shine, dab a bit of clear gloss on the bottom lip and smack in the
centre.
Keep lips soft by not licking them, but drinking plenty of water to prevent dehydration, and applying a coating of lip balm before going to bed to help to moisturize lips while you asleep.
When participating in an outdoor activity, use a lip balm that contains a SPF of at least 15 to prevent sunburn. Add a base coat of lip balm prior to applying lipstick during the dry winter months.
If lips become chapped, avoid wearing lipstick while lips are recovering; as drying products in colour pigments may irritate chapped lips
