When applying a face pack:
Apply the pack with your fingertips. The skin on your face is extremely delicate.
Do not apply the pack too close to your eyes and mouth because when the pack dries and tightens on your skin it may harm these very delicate areas.
Apply cotton pads soaked in cucumber juice or tea bags soaked in iced water on your eyes. You could also crush mint and apply around the eyes. These are great for under-eye circles or to relieve stress.
Lie down as this is extremely relaxing and also prevents your skin from being stretched the wrong way.
