Follow these steps:
 #
Wash your hair. Condition and pre-dry.
# Apply an anti-frizz product and work it into all of the strands.
# Decide where your part is going to be. Choose a starting section and clip the rest.
# Wrap the hair around the barrel of the curling iron and close for a few seconds.
# Gently slide out the curling iron when the curl is set.
# Move onto the next section and repeat until you have curled all of your hair.
# Do not comb the curls or you will have a mass of waves.
# Gently loosen the curls with fingers for a less structured look.
How to stencil your hair:
 # Wash your hair a day before you create this style. A little oil in the hair makes it easier to work with.
# Create your hairdo. A simple twist will do nicely. You will need one sleek surface to apply the stencil
however.
# Choose the stencil. It can be one you find in a craft store or one that you design yourself. If you are creating it yourself, cut the design from the heaviest paper you can find.
# Place the stencil in place. Gently apply body paint to the stencil area using a small brush.
# Before lifting the stencil, dust the area with an adequate coating of glitter powder. It should adhere to the wet body paint.
# Remove the stencil carefully. You don't want to smudge the outline. Spray your stenciled style with hairspray.
