As a customer you can get a few things clarified before you actually undergo any beauty treatment:
Then make sure that you have an attendant with whom you can talk without being rushed into making a choice. Talk to the person about the products she will be using for the treatment, for example, for a bleach the brand she would be using. You have every right to ask her to do a skin test before applying it on your face. In case of hair colouring, bleaching or perming your hair, find out about the whole process and the consequences, as these chemical colourants and bleaches can harm the hair. If you are cost-conscious, there is nothing wrong in finding out the price even before you sit on the chair.
Lastly if you are not satisfied with the services, voice your complaints to the owner and she may give you a free correction treatment - but that is not guaranteed. If you find the services consistently satisfactory in a beauty house then you should stick to that particular parlour.
