Simbu - cynosure of all eyes!

Director T.Rajendran has never had expensive 'Mahurats' and his films were launched in a simple way without much hype generated. But this time there was a difference when he launched his new film, 'Kadhal Azhivadillai'. It was a lavish launching with the almost every one in the industry coming to wish the new hero and shower blessings on him. The debutant was none other than Silambarasan, T.Rajendra's son. Silambarasan had appeared on the screen when he was a four-month old baby in his father's film 'Uravai Kaatha Kili'. Then, as a child artiste he acted in films like 'Maithili Ennai Kaathali', 'Enn Thangai Kalyani', 'Samsara Sangitham', 'Enga Veettu Velan', where he played the central role. Busy with his school and studies, Silmbu was later seen as a teenager dancing in his father's films like 'Sonnal Thaan Kadhala'. The plus-2 student who later went on to study Audio Engineering, has got himself trained in dance from Raghu Master, and is also skilled in gymnastics, karate, and the keyboard. Simbu has also sung songs shot on himself, and playbacked for other artistes too. So, if the father is the Jack of all trades, the son has gone some steps further at this young age. And Rajender is sparing no efforts to see that his son is projected in a big way in his debut as hero. Paired with Simbu is the cute Charmi, who's done a Telugu film. There's no better launching Silmbarasan could have had!
