Quality of life is what we all want. Good
health helps us achieve a high quality of life. Fitness makes us
want to live it every day.
What is the importance of corporate
health?
Healthy employees are more productive than
chronically ill employees. It costs less to prevent injuries or
illness than to treat them after they occur. Personal gains,
such as improved self-esteem and self-motivation, combined with
measurable benefits will create advantages for both the employer

atrophies with lack of use.
