Jurassic Park on Vijay TV

After Titanic and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, it is now Steven Spielberg’s blockbuster film 'Jurassic Park' in Tamil on Vijay TV.  

The film marks a truly amazing visual breakthrough in the film world by bringing back extinct Dinosaurs to 'life' after 65 million years.  

The development of this special effects technology earned worldwide acclaim. This Tamil version of the path-breaking movie will be telecast on 27th June 2004, Sunday, at 1130 hours -- a Vijay TV exclusive.

Vijay TV hopes to net more eyeballs through such films of international appeal. 

"This is just the beginning and we will see more such fantastic Hollywood Blockbuster movies on Vijay TV", said its spokesperson.

Vijay TV is also conducting a Jurassic Park watch & win contest. The contest will take place in Coimbatore and Madurai on 25th & 26th June, 2004, covering 50 schools each. Contest forms will be distributed to the students along with goodies. Children have to watch the film and answer the questions asked in the form and drop the forms into a box provided at all the schools where the contest is on. The mega prize is a TV Video Game -- about 200 numbers. Every school will have a winner. There are also consolation prizes. The contest ends on 30th June. Representatives of Vijay TV will collect the forms and thereafter the winners will be announced.
