Jaya TV Tamil New year special

Jaya TV, one of the leading Tamil satellite channels, has a wide range of special programmes for this Tamil New Year's Day on April 13.

The special programmes kick off at 5 a.m. with managala isai, followed by Suprabatham at 5.30 a.m. At 6 a.m., Arul Neram features a special programme on Lord Murugan, at 6.30 a.m, there will be a fusion music programme named 'Isai Osai Fusion Music' by Malaravan

Leading actress Trisha speaks in 'Kaalai Malar' about her forthcoming movies. At 8.15 a.m., actor Madhavan recalls  how he rose in 'Madhava Pesava'. At 9.05 a.m., there is a curtain-raiser about Vikram's new release 'Arul' in the programme 'Aruludan'. Vikram and other film crew speak about the film in this programme.

AT 9.30 a.m., actress Sridevi tells the TV audience what her 'Chinna Chinna Aasai' are. 

Jaya TV has organised a pattimandapam with Gnanasambantham at 10 a.m.

There will be a feature on leading actor Dhanush and a film review where artistes speak about their new releases in Sullan - Thirai Therottam at 11.30 a.m.

Vijay speaks about his new release and his film life in 'Endrendrum Vijay' at 12 noon. Pithamagan actress Sangeetha talks about her life and ongoing film ventures in 'Ilam Kathu Veesuthe' at 1.30 p.m.

Tamil movie 'Virumbukiren', featuring Prasanth and Sneha with music by Deva will be telecast at 2 p.m.

At 6 p.m. actress Soundarya intercats with her fans in 'Azhage Azhagu'. Simbu speaks to his fans in 'Manmathan' at 6.30 p.m.

'Autograph' heroine Mallika talks about her role in the film and her other movies in 'Gnabagam Varuthe' at 7 p.m. There will be a review of the movie 'Ullam Ketkuthe' at 8 p.m.

An interview with Priyamani and Vasigaran in 'Kangalin Kaithigal' at 8.30 p.m will be followed by Golden Musical Star Nite in Malaysia, featuring playback singer S P Balsubramanian and Vivek.
