The Sri Sumukhi Rajasekharan Memorial Foundation is organising its monthly music concert, Kala Poshakam, for upcoming artistes, this Sunday, August 5, 2007.

The performers for August 5 are:

1 R. Sneha – Bharatanatyam
(Disciple of Sasirekha Raammohan )

Chief Guest – Udupi Lakshminarayanan

2 Uma Thyagarajan – Carnatic Music
(Compositions of Musical Trinity )

3 Swamimalai S K Suresh – Carnatic Music
(Special Concert – Carnatic & Tamizh Isai)

The concerts will be held at Narada Gana Sabha Mini Hall, T T K Road, Alwarpet, Chennai - 18 at 5.30 p.m.

"All are welcome in traditional attire," says a note from the organisers, The Mylapore Trio, S Amarnath, S Surendranath and S Aparna.
