 R. Chandrasekar, younger brother of actor Parthiban is producing ‘Pesadha Kannum Pesume’ is, for Srisaran Films.
The puja was performed on December 5th and the first scene was shot in the sentimentally favoured Pillayar Temple in AVM Studios. Kunal came out of the temple after performing an ‘archana’ to Vinayaka, and Monal comes out to deliver her first dialogue, ‘I love you.’ The shooting is on in Chennai now. It has been planned to shoot several sequences in Pollachi and Kerala to complete the shooting by January.
Monal is paired with Kunal. There is a second heroine in the film. New entrant Mamtha - as usual from Mumbai plays the second fiddle. Nizhalgal Ravi, Kavitha, Karnas, Chaplin Balu, Balaji, Sathish and others are in the cast.
 Muralikrishna is the director of ‘Pesadha Kannum Pesume’. He is a close relative of director P. Vasu. He plans to finish this project, then do another for Kavithalaya and then to produce and direct his own movie. A good dream.
And the hero has an equally great ambition. The next movie that he would act, he says, would be his own. Another good dream.
Ahem. Yes. I know you will spend a sleepless night if I don’t tell you anything about Monal. Here is something. Her opening line in any conversation with anyone who meets her or she meets is about ‘tips on slimming.’ So, Monal has her dream too - to be as slim as sister
