Prawns - 1/2 kg (keep the tail on)
Garlic paste - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg white - 1 (lightly beaten)
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Oil - For deep frying
Method
Marinate prawn in garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper powder and egg
White for about 15 minutes. Then lightly coat the prawns with bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
That is your prawn cutlet.
