Milk 1 cup
Gramflour 1 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Grated coconut 1 cup
Sugar
Method
Mix all the ingredients evenly in a kadai.
Place it over the fire.
When the mixture becomes frothy, remove it from fire.
Pour over a greased tray. Pat it well for even distribution.
Cut into pieces when it is still warm.
To make the sweet tasty use pure ghee.
Add 2 drops of vannila and rose essence if necessary for nice smell and taste.
