Salt as cure for pain
The following methods too have been tested: - For hair loss: In a pail of salt water, rinse your scalp/hair (it takes about two weeks to a month for complete effect). It may not help in the growing of new hair, but can prevent from dropping. - After tedious/strenuous exercises or walks, soaking your feet in salt water can help in preventing cramps and pain, and also reduce skin irritation. - If you get dehydrated, take lime juice or butter milk with a pinch of salt and it will immediately help you to feel better.
