- Carrot juice Good for anemia, after exercise muscle ache, shoulder ache, constipation, and for women and children. 

- Red or Green apple juice: To get rid of toxic in the body due to too much of eating meat, and to overcome tiredness.

- Lemon juice: Good for Flu, fever, blocked nose

- Orange juice: For tiredness in children, stiffness in nerves or muscles

- Strawberry Milk: Good for pregnant women

- Cucumber & Pineapple juice: Good for for those with urinating problems

- Lettuce juice: For the stomach, anemia and arthritis

- Cucumber, lemon and carrot mix juice: Good for rheumatism 

- Carrot and red apple mix juice: Good for constipation

- Apple juice (Red) - Drink before breakfast

- Tomato/Celery juice: Good for diabetes, high blood pressure, high stress, muscle stiffness in older men

- Grind cucumber, apple and carrot; then add honey & lemon for general health

- Apple juice, celery juice and sugarcane juice: To clear drunkenness, insomnia

- For hair growth: Grind white sesame until powder form, then mix in water and drink

- Honey, milk and lemon juice: To release gastric pressure
