Corn Masala Mushrooms

Ingredients 

250 gm. mushrooms, halved
3 tomatoes, chopped finely
1 onion, chopped finely
1 capsicum, chopped finely
100 gm. baby corn, halved
1/2 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 tsbp. of oil
Chopped coriander leaves

Method:

Heat oil in a pan Fry the onions till golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the green chillies, red chilli powder and stir well. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt, garam masala and turmeric powder. Add the mushrooms, corn and capsicum. Stir for 5 minutes till tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
