The High Time bar is strategically placed on the left side of the hotel as soon as one enters the grand doors. The décor is Colonial style. The large windows with English style elaborate curtains over look a lovely garden sometimes capturing the occasional sunlight. The ambience is typical of a bar with high ceilings, pleasant lighting, music varying according to the time of the day. The bar can seat
up to 68 people at any given time. The barmen are a cheerful lot who always have their eyes and ears tuned to the guests requests providing them with utmost attention. Service is very prompt. The guests look very relaxed and well attended to.
The bar menu is divided between a cocktail and mocktail gallery both of which compete with each other especially in terms of versatility apart from offering the exotic spirits. Some of the drinks served here are the bars own concoctions and innovation seems to be their mantra. The Cocktail section takes the guests through the High Time Specialities, High Time Unique Blends and Cocktail By Pitcher. The High Time Specialities has drinks named Planters Punch a soothing drink, Screwdriver! Which the menu reads as not all that deceiving as it sounds! and Field Marshall another in-house speciality to name a few. The High Time Unique Blends have Reverse Swing a blend of Indian whisky, angostura bitters, aromatized wine, soda and sugar which is sure to swing the guests, Misty Valley, Fun On The Beach a tropical favourite and Adam & Eve which is supposed to make the guests feel liberated are the few under this particular category.
The Mocktail gallery not to be outdone has its list featuring High Time Chosen Best which comprises of Cindrella, Shirley Temple, Grand Fizz which is a blend of orange squash, lemonade, and bitters fizzed to make it grand, Orange Sunrise and Mickey Mouse. The bar features High Time Signature Mixes under its mocktail gallery which catches every guests attention in terms of uniqueness. Sea Breeze and Wisdom vie with space among others in the list. Mocktail By Pitcher is also provided to the guests. Along with this the usual Indian wines and spirits and Non-alcoholic beverages are also served in keeping with the bar tradition by the Barman Mr.Rocky

Angostura a herbal concentrate is widely used in some of the drinks giving the blends a touch of difference. The barmen concoct drinks from regular bases like syrups giving each drink an exotic twist in taste and blend. Among the spirits the Manager
Mr. Makendra Kumar recommends Gin for women and Vodka for men well gauging the body constitution of men and women. There is also a selection of wines Chantilli red and white and also Riviera available for the guest to choose from. Although a slump in wine market is quite evident. Besides this there is also availability of draught beer.
There is a huge screen playing major sports activities. There is a host of promos happening every month and a live band popularly known as the ”Bliss Band” is on every second Friday of the month.
The snacks menu prove to be perfect accompaniments to the exotic range of drinks. There is a Veg and Non-Veg selection as per tradition. The drinks are normally served with an average of three crisps and a veg and non-veg snacks. Apart from this the menu carries a mixture of hot and mild snacks and there is also a category termed Waist Watchers Delights which was essentially created keeping the weight conscious guests in mind which also promises in giving the guests much more than what the other bars normally offer. There is a ‘Midday Melody’ on week days between 1.00pm to 5.00pm wherein a discount of 20% is offered on the drinks. The High Time blends speaks for itself with its uniqueness without much fanfare to boost. The bar is open from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm.
