Ingredients

- Prepare tamarind juice by soaking in hot water.
- Saute neem flowers in 1 teaspoon of oil and dry grind
|
- Neem flower (dried or fresh) 10-12
- salt to taste
- coconut oil 1tsp
- jaggery size of lemon
- asafoetida a pinch
- red chillies 5-6 appro
- mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
- curry leaves 8-10 approx.
- rice flour 2 teaspoons

Method
Fry mustard, pinched red chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves.
Prepare rice flour batter with half cup water.
Pour tamarind juice in to the fried mixture.
Add salt and boil
Add jaggery and rice flour batter and bring to boil
Finally put the neem powder and bring to boil
Serve hot.
