BRIEF: a Raw mango prepared in curds

PRE-PREPARATION
Grate coconut
Cut mangoes to desireable size, remove the seed

Mangoes raw 2 nos
grated coconut 1 cup
Curd 2 cups
greend chillies 5-6
salt to taste
Valarika cut in 1' square 1/2 cup
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 2 sprigs

METHOD
Cut
mangoes in desirable size and the valarika into 1 inch cubes.
Boil vegetables with salt and a little quantity of water in a closed vessel.
Meanwhile, grind together the coconut, green chillies and the grated coconut to a smooth paste.
When vegetables are cooked thoroughly or are transparent, add the coconut mixture and boil till frothy. Close lid and keep for sometime. Remove to a serving dish garnish with curry leaves and top with coconut oil.
Serve hot or cold with rice.
