 The Towers Club Lounge is an exclusive restaurant catering only to Towers Club Members, Welcome Group guests and Amex Platinum cardholders. Elegance and elite come together in this place, which spells mystic in its presence. The décor is club style and reflects contemporary fluidity in its table
arrangements. It gives every guest a fine dining experience with impeccable service, beautiful interiors, customized tableware and a menu with delectable French cuisine.
The interiors are done in ivory and brown with large bay windows providing a spectacular and picturesque view of the city and also provides ample natural light. The restaurant has a cozy and yet regal look. The place is home to many a distinguished guests who visit the hotel. The restaurant serves breakfast, offering a mix of American, Continental and South Indian cuisine only for in-house guests. An extensive French cuisine is offered for lunch and dinner. The restaurant can seat about 39 people at any given time.
For the starters, the caviar served with its traditional accompaniments rings a welcome note.
Smoked Salmon and Chilled Prawns are some of the other dishes followed by soups like
Lobster and Shrimp Soup fortified with Cognac, Herb Soup are delectable and just right. There is an elaborate choice of gourmet dishes for the main course for the privileged Towers Club guests to choose from.
Bay Prawns grilled and laced with its
 Pan reduction and pernod proves to be a superior delicacy.
Thyme Scented Chicken Breast, Escalope of Tenderloin, Brochettes of Mushrooms and Bell Peppers on a bed of Spaghetti tossed with chilli flakes and scallions are among others.
The desserts are Black Currant Cheesecake with Apricot sauce, Malibu flavoured coconut mousse in chocolate baskets
are some of the delicacies which keeps the guests asking for more. The guests can wind up with a choice of coffees on offer like the famous
Irish coffee or Café
Royale.
