The Fitness Centre situated at Level 3 of the
hotel offers four programmes – Yoga, Pilates, Western Dance and Aerobics - for participants to train their bodies and relax their minds. Certified trainers of each programme have undergone intense training to attain certification to be able to serve guests with integrity, commitment and talent.
The Yoga guru will teach guests various ‘asanas’ and yoga routine that will not only enable them to relax after a hectic work day but also enable them to take the path of spiritual and physical discipline.
The Pilates Method of body conditioning provides physical flexibility and strength for the core muscles without building bulk. This method of physical training includes specific safe and consistent workouts designed by the trainer.
For those who wish to mix business with pleasure the Western Dance routine is the right option. Here one can dance while burning those calories. The instructor has put together routines including graceful steps and rhythmic moves to tone the muscles, and learn to dance while one loses weight.
Time-tested and perfected – the aerobic workouts are designed by the trainer to provide a schedule that will not only work on the extra calories but will help tone the heart and lungs. In addition to this, a cardio workout schedule will help keep check on the heart rate.
