 He was one of the heroes of Shankar's
'Boys. And now Nakul,
brother of actress Devayani, returns to the screen playing the
solo hero.
He has shed a lot of his puppy fat and is far from
the plump look of 'Boys'.
Paired with Nakul is Sunaina who has
acted in a couple of Telugu films.
'Kadalil Vizhunthen' is produced by S Umapati for his banner
Atlantic Cinemas. It is his maiden production.
 Wielding the megaphone too is a
debutant P V Prasad, who has apprenticed under directors V Sekar,
Azhagan Perumal and Vijay Milton. Prasad also pens the
screenplay for the film. Nakul
and Sunaina play college students. Nakul runs a mechanic shed
and earns as he studies while Sunaina belongs to a wealthy
family.
The story centers on the love between them and the
opposition they have to face.
 The film, which has Livingston, Sampat and Hariraj also in the
cast, was shot at locations in Chennai, Ooty, Thalakkonam,
Muthumalai and Kodaikanal. With
Vijay Milton wielding the camera, the film's music is composed
by Vijay Antony. The stunts are
arranged by Action Prakash, sets designed by Saku, editing by
