The latest craze among the Tamil film heroes is to get a 'six-pack-abs', a-la Shah Rukh Khan in 'Om Shanti Om' or our own Vishal in his latest film 'Sathyam'. Surya started this trend with his looks in his yet-to-be-released 'Ayan' produced by AVM. Since his portions of the shooting are over, Surya is back to his usual diet and casual exercising instead of the rigorous exercising he had taken to earlier.

It appears that the latest to join the six-pack-abs bandwagon are 'Jeyam' Ravi and Arun Vijay. It has surely had an adverse effect on their looks, with their cheeks seemingly going further in, giving them a sick look. Veteran actor and Surya's fater Sivakumar, who came across the duo last week at a function, was terribly upset.



The first thing he did on returning home was to send for his second son Karthi and advise him at length not to try and get the 'six-pack-abs' look. 'Don't get misguided by some 'X' or 'Y' and start exercising to get that look. I had just seen a couple of guys, who have been itching to get that look, and their faces have started looking very bad. You better stay away from it!' was Sivakumar's advice to his younger son.
