Stealth
It all begins when three brave US navy pilots embark on an unmanned combat plane with artificial intelligence, their mission to counter terrorism at various places. The plane is the brainchild of Captian George Cummings (Shepard) the mission chief who's trust in his plane was more than the trust he had on his men, the latter not quite trusting the war machine with artificial intelligence. Their fears turn to reality when the plane, struck by lighting, develops a brain of its own, disobeys the captain's orders, and does its own thing. Meanwhile, Kara, one of the pilots, is trapped in North Korea, where ambushed by the local army, she desperately fights for her life. It's up to Ben (Lucas) to rescue Kara (Biel) and stop the combat plane on its path of destruction.
It's again a story of the spunk and bravery of America's fighter force. Director Rob Cohen, associated with films like 'The fast and the furious' and 'Triple X', has vainly attempted to give an action extravanganza with a lot of special effects. But there's nothing new or different that we haven't seen before, the narration too all to predictable. And all these special effects and combat scenes become a bit too tedious after a while.
