Kavveri has its manufacturing facility at three locations in Bangalore. Its focus on quality products has also enabled Kavveri to become the most favoured vendor for various RP products and antennas for many pan India GSM and CDMA operators.

Kavveri's clientele in India include Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia, Nortel, ZTE, Alcatel-Lucent, Vodafone Essar, Idea, Reliance, Spice, BSNL and WorldSpace.

Kavveri has won orders from all pan-India telecom operators and GEMs with whom rate contracts exist. The order book and the projected outlook indicate that Kavveri would easily double its turnover to Rs 100 crore this financial year.

Kavveri recorded net sales of Rs 18.6 crore and net profit of Rs 2.27 crore for Q1 this year, against Rs 4.6 crore and Rs 65 lakh respectively for the corresponding quarter last year.

Kavveri is now upgrading its manufacturing facility at Jigani, about 25 Km from Bangalore. The plant is being upgraded to take on manufacturing commensurate with the volume of business that is on hand plus the expected volumes over the next 2-3 years.

The plant will be ready by March 2008. The company expects to undertake contract manufacturing also at this upgraded facility and is investing about Rs 15 crore during this financial year.

"After acquiring Til- Tek and DCI in Canada, Kavveri is now looking at leveraging the technological strengths of their products by manufacturing them in India for the global market," said Shivakumar Reddy, managing director of Kavveri.
