Samsung pact with Precision

Samsung has entered into an exclusive service pact with Chennai-based IT service provider - the Precision Group. The agreement will enable all the owners of Samsung mobile PC products to get quality service support and service maintenance in south India, irrespective of the sales channel.
Precision Group has already created special infrastructure in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to service the customers of Samsung with well-trained manpower, tools and spares.
