Ganguly stars in Indian win over SA

Nairobi, Oct 13: India beat holders South Africa by a huge margin of 95 runs in the semi final of the ICC knock out tournament here today and will meet New Zealand in the final on Sunday, October 15.

Anil Kumble was rewarded for his tight and consistent bowling with the wickets of Shaun Pollock, stumped by Dahiya and Lance Klusener, caught Dahiya. He would have got Boje too except that Saurav Ganguly put him down at slip off two successive deliveries. Kumble's analysis was 2 for 28

Sachin Tendulkar got two wickets for 32 runs. He was expensive in his first spell but picked up wickets in his second, those of Roger Telemachus and Nicky Boje. The initial breakthroughs were from Zaheer Khan, who got rid of Andrew Hall and Boeta Dippenaar.
