Chennai, Jan. 25 Kollywood stars will serve a double treat to their fans on Republic Day here tomorrow, giving them a 'darshan' in flesh and blood, as it were, and exhibiting their cricketing skills- wielding the willow and turning their arm over, ball in hand.

At one of cricket's famous venues Chepauk, now known as M A Chidambaram stadium, stars, including 'little superstar' Simbu, Jayam Ravi, Tejashree, Priyanka and Bharathi would face each other in a limited overs cricket match, according to a press release here.

The match would be conducted by telecom retail chain and multi brand mobile store 'Hash 10' along with popular Tamil satellite channel Raj TV. Hash 10 was planning to open more than 300 branches soon and 3000 franchises across the country by the end of this year.

Raj TV would telecast the match live.

However, the icing on the cake was that former India opener, the stylish left hander Sadagopan Ramesh would be seen in action on his home ground as he too was playing the role of an entertainer in Kollywood these days, playing guest roles. - Staff Reporter
