MK Electric (India), pioneers in modular switches and wiring devices, has introduced Ivory, the world's first modular switch with 3T Technology. The technology allows for tremendous space and cost savings for the user. 

With 'ivory' the company is targeting a completely new segment comprising independent houses, apartments, small offices and shops, educational institutions, hotels and hospitals. The estimated market size of this segment is Rs 175 crore, and is expected to increase to about 200 crores by 2005.

The company projects revenues of Rs 20 crore in the next 18-24 months from this product line.
