VINEET SHARMA

Vineet Sharma is Chief Quality Officer for Hindustan Times Limited since October 2001 and leads Six Sigma Quality initiative for the entire organisation of about 3,500 employees spread across 22 locations in India. He is a qualified Master Black Belt as per GE's global standards. Vineet has also been closely involved in leadership development and training at GE. He is a CAP (Change Acceleration Process) coach and has trained more than 500 GE leaders in India and abroad on this programme.

DIBYENDU DAS

Dibyendu is currently with QAI India Ltd in the capacity of a senior consultant. He was formerly with GE Capital in their Contact Center business (Inbound customer services and collections) as a Master Black Belt. Dibyendu has conducted several Black Belt, Green Belt, and Leadership Awareness workshops on Six Sigma and co-facilitated the COPC Registered Coordinator Training. Dibyendu has trained more than 150 Green Belts and 50 Black Belts on the DMAIC problem solving methodology of Six Sigma.
