Small Industries Service Institute
(SISI), Chennai is a wing of Small Industries Development Organization
(SIDO), under the Ministry of Small Scale Industries of Government of India. SIDO headed by the Additional Secretary and Development Commissioner is essentially a policy making body, providing industrial extension services to small industries through a network of Small Industries Service Institutes and its branches in the States and Union Territories.
