Allahudhin: It seems that the older Sridevi complimented you on your acting. How did you feel when you received the compliment?
Sridevi: Allahudhin, it was great hearing that compliment. And I hope I keep up her faith in me.

avanti: Whom do u consult more? Dad or mom? Is mom your role model?
Sridevi: avanti, I consult my dad. I don't have anyone as my role model. But definitely, they are my inspiration.

Sridevi: Guest41, it's great because very few Tamil speaking heroines are here. So I hope I make it big.

vijay: hello what is your ambition?
Sridevi: vijay, my ambition is to make it big here and to get a good name as an artiste and a human being.

aslam: So how is your work. Are you satisfied with your work so far?
Sridevi: aslam, work is going great, but I don't think I am satisfied. There is a lot more for me to learn.

Allahudhin: I feel that you have come into the acting field very early in life, don't you think it is going to affect your academic performance?
Sridevi: Allahuddin, from my childhood, acting was my passion. It's my pleasure to be here.

aslam: There are 2 kinds of people. One will be familiar to you. The other will not be familiar. Familiar faces will always tell that your acting is nice. But unfamiliar faces don't even know you. Do you get appreciation from those kind of people?
Sridevi: aslam, it's a nice feeling to get appreciation from my fans, and even from people I don't know. It's a big boost to my career.

Guest59: How do you find acting?
Sridevi: guest59, I find it very exciting.

aslam: Do you think that if a newcomer like you has to stabilise in the field, then glamour is necessary?
Sridevi: aslam, I don't think so. One should be talented to be recognised.

Sridevi: sankar, my first film was 'Kadhal Virus'

devi: How was your experience acting with Maddy & Jo?
Sridevi: devi, it was a great experience, so much of fun, we share a great rapport together

Sridevi: sankari, I did nothing special to lose weight

Sridevi: aslam, every year, on my birthday, I visit 'Udavum Karangal' and donate clothes etc

sankari: Do you have any idea of participating in any of the beauty competitions like Miss Chennai, Miss India, etc?
Sridevi: sankari, no. Only concentrating on films

Sridevi: Sankar, first preference to Tamil, and then Telugu. And maybe, other languages later.

Shree: How are your sisters? Do you get advice from them?
Sridevi: Shree, I am very close to my sister Pritha. I take all the advice from her. She criticises me a lot.

Sridevi: shamsul59, right now my father is in Chennai. Just came back from a shooting schedule.

Shalini: Do you wish to go in for films with young heroes, or with celebrities?
Sridevi: Shalini, it doesn't matter who it is. My role should be a good one.

Sridevi: aslam, I don't regret doing that film. It gave me a good name. After all, it's my first film. It's very close to me

aslam: I think u should be recognised b'cos of ur parents. The films you are getting is also b'cos of your parents. If not, can you justify?
Sridevi: aslam, I think my parents are my added plus point. But one can get recognised only if one is talented

nadaraj: Sridevi, what you will ask God if He appeared in front of you???
Sridevi: nadaraj, to be born to Vijaykumar and Manjula in my next birth too.

sai: How has your experience been? In your childhood and now?
Sridevi: sai, childhood was fun. Now, it's more of serious hard work

Allahudhin: Your mom made it big in films, but your dad was not all that successful, any reasons for that?
Sridevi: Allahudhin, my mom was successful as a heroine but my father acted as 
Sridevi: Sorry, my father acted both as a hero, and as a character actor, in a lot of films. I will not agree with your view, Allahuddin

aslam: Nowadays, people relate cinema with real life. They want to see realism. Do you still think the 'hero & heroine running around the tree' formula will work? If you think it will work, then for how long?
Sridevi: aslam, I don't find anything wrong in it. As long as the people enjoy it

mohan_24: What do you feel about Maddy's character in 'Priyamana Thozhi'?
Sridevi: mohan_24, it was a good role. I wish I had a friend like him.

sai: Who is your favourite person in the film industry?
Sridevi: sai, I admire Sreedevi.

arivumani: If offered a role like 'Kovilpatti Veeralakshmi', will you accept it?
Sridevi: arivumani, not so early in my career. Maybe later.

Sridevi: sai, I have not thought about it yet. I have acted in some mythological films, as a child artiste.

venkatesh: Your performance in the 'Priyamana Thozhi' was really good compared to 'Kathal Virus'. So what step have you taken to improve your performance further???
Sridevi: venkatesh, this was my second film and the role made the difference

mohan_24: What would you do if you get a chance to act with Vikram, who is doing well in the film industry?
Sridevi: mohan-24, i'd definitely like to act with Vikram

arivumani: Sri.......how many languages do you know apart from English and Tamil?
Sridevi: arivumani, Telugu, and I can understand a bit of Hindi

Sridevi: jimmy, yes, definitely.

Sridevi: soma, both are my favourites.

Sridevi: Reena, Kathir is very stylish and Vikraman, very homely. Both are good in their own way.

aslam: Do u think that the fame you got now will shine forever or for a few years?
Sridevi: aslam, I hope forever.

Sridevi: k7, film industry was where I wanted to be.

Sridevi: senthil, 'Kizhakku Cheemayile'.

GVDubai: It's a great change for me. Basically, I am from Chennai, and sometimes, I used to feel that Chennai is 30 years behind Dubai.
