Man arrested for raising false 'Hijack' alarm to avoid meeting his girlfriend!

Hyderabad, April 20: This is really something new we heard today. According to reports Mumbai and Hyderabad police has detained a person called Vamsi who had sent email to Mumbai Police alerting about a possible plane hijack.
Security forces upped the vigil across all airports after this anonymous letter was sent to the Mumbai Police Commissioner.
The letter also stated that someone had heard suspects talking about a plot to hijack a plane. Following the alert, security levels at Chennai's Arignar Anna airport have been increased seven-fold. Terminal in Chennai restricted the visitors entry and airlines had been instructed to thoroughly check passengers' luggage.
Following the mail, CISF and other security agencies and airport managers ensured that nothing happened at the airports in the three cities.
According to reports, Vamsi created the "hijack alert" drama to avoid meeting with his girlfriend who lives in Pune.
The jobless youth was getting pressure from girlfriend to visit her in Pune but due to financial problem he doesn't wanted to meet his girlfriend, so Vamsi hatched a false plan and raised hijack alarm by sending email to Mumbai Police.
