Chennai, May 18:  The Raintree, Anna Salai is celebrating the rich culinary legacy of diverse Indian cuisines with a weekly themed dinner buffet apart from its regular buffet at their multi-cuisine restaurant, The Kitchen for three weeks starting from 7th to 27th May 2017. Each week of this celebration will have a different theme of cuisine being served as part of the dinner buffet.


The theme of the current week is named ‘Maharaja Ki Rasoi’ which will have cuisines from Rajasthan and will be held from 14th- 20th May 2017 at The Kitchen.

This week’s theme celebrates the cuisines of Rajasthan, consisting unique cooking techniques and food from the kitchen of Royal Palaces of Jaipur, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Mewar, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Ajmer & Alwa. Some of the signature dishes would include dishes like Ker Sangri, Rajasthani Gatte ki Subji, Mirchi Bada, Mohan Maas, Dal Banjara and many more Rajasthan Specialty.

Apart from the delicious cuisines, this buffet also have some interesting elements such as interactive live stations of Marwari Chaat counter, Garam jalebi and Imarti counter with masala doodh and Dal Baati Churma counter. One can take a culinary journey and relish the aromas and flavours of royalty at The Kitchen, The Raintree Anna Salai.
