The national capital has been seeing 40+ degrees days recently and it is very difficult for the commuters to wait for buses at the stations, especially for the kids and elders.

Keeping the hapless commuters in mind, the Delhi government has launched a fully air-conditioned bus stand. The fully air-conditioned bus stand has been launched at Latpat Nagar, with Daikin India joining hands with the Delhi government as part of the latter's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

While the service is available only at one station, it can be definitely seen as a great relief for the commuters in Delhi who wait for their buses to get to their workplaces in stiffling heat otherwise.

“It is definitely a great relief. I really appreciate this move by the Delhi Government,” says a commuter.

“This is one of the remarkable initiative implemented by the Delhi Government and this is great step to development,” said another.
