The first episode of the show had the director of Chennai 600028 movie speaking about the show. He clearly explained the concept of the game and the boys versus stars concept. The rule of street cricket is customized according to the place where it is being played. Here in this show the basic rules goes this way; there is one pitch catch, 6 members in a team each player gets to bowl one over, batting behind the stump accounts for no runs. The most interesting aspect is the criteria to be out, if the batsman hits above 25 feet he/she is out. There is no LBW and the match is played with tennis ball.

The show moves swiftly and the commentary makes it very interesting. The show is definitely an edge of the seat entertainer. There is nothing to detest about the format if it is considered as innovation. The commentary is by the famous tele serial star Mohan Ram and Vivek. Though at some stage Mohan ram's commentary sound's like Takeshi castle hindi commentary by Javed Jafferi. Vivek takes charge of the toss and getting opinion from players on and off the field.

The title song is picturized very well with the tune of the original Chennai 60028 song. The show brims with entertainment, innovation and most of all feels good to see that Sun tv is back with a huge bang!
